Certified Environmental Services, Inc. was established in 1999 and is led by Robert S. DiNardo, PE, CIH, CHMM. Bob has over 30 years of full service EHS experience with agencies, utilities, engineers, consulting, health care facilities, construction, law firms, residential mold, glass, food production and general industry.

The experts at CES are available to provide a full range of environmental and industrial hygiene services. Our professionals and technicians have conducted exposure surveys for clients in settings ranging from pharmaceutical and microelectronics to heavy manufacturing industries, chemical, and food processing. We are available for case review and consultation for agency citations, chemical exposures, contamination and legal case preparation and testimony.

Air and noise monitoring and other environmental samplings are conducted using state of the art methods. Monitoring is conducted for comparison with established occupational exposure limits such as the OSHA Permissible Exposure Limits (PELs) and American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists (ACGIH) Threshold Limit Values (TLVs), or employer defined limits. All IH sample analyses are conducted at laboratories accredited by the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA).
